How does the program work?

The WallHeads Photographer Program is a discount program exclusive to professional photographers. The more you buy the deeper the discount. WallHeads offers competitive pricing and takes the worry out of the printing, cutting and delivery process so you can work on getting your next great shot.

What is the Discount Structure?

During the first month of enrollment you can receive up to 66% off all WallHeads purchases. After the first month of program enrollment you will receive the qualifying discount level or our Silver discount. Once you reach $5,000 in sales our system will automatically upgrade your discount to our Gold discount. You will receive the Platinum discount when you reach the $10,000 sales mark.

How do I get started?

What happens after I enroll in the WallHeads Photographer Program?

Your data is securely entered into our system which notifies the WallHeads Team. Once we verify you are a professional photographer we create your account and give you access to our online store, https://store.wallheads.com. Once your account has been created you will receive an email with your login instructions.

How long does it take the WallHeads Team to create my account?

The WallHeads Team typically has your account created within an hour after enrollment. You will receive the discount immediately upon receiving the email with your login instructions. If you need access sooner please call the WallHeads Team at 941-359-1942.

How do I qualify and move levels to receive higher discounts?

Each night the WallHeads team will check your annual spend amount, and if you meet a new threshold we will automatically upgrade your account to the next discount level. WallHeads will notify you via email when you meet a new discount level and will send you a quarterly statement so you always know where you stand and how close you are in sales to the Gold and Platinum discount levels.

How much should I charge my clients for WallHeads?

Based on extensive research we provide a suggested retail price, this information can be found under Sizes & Prices. Please note this is only suggested pricing, WallHeads leaves it to the photographer discretion to set pricing.

How much do WallHeads cost with my discount?

If you are currently enrolled in WallHeads Photographer Program login to your account to review pricing. If you are interested in learning more about our pricing but have not enrolled in the Photographer Program contact the WallHeads Team and they will be happy to provide a price list.

What is the maximum width WallHeads can be printed?

50 inches is the maximum width WallHeads can be printed.

What are your image requirements?

300 DPI, Color Correction Finalized Prior to Upload & Adobe RGB Colorspace is Recommended

Ordering & Shipping

What are my options for payment?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only products shipping to an address in the state of Florida will be charged the appropriate sales tax per state and county regulations. If you have a valid resale certificate we can waive sales tax on your order.

Do you allow orders to be changed or cancelled?

Once an order has been placed it goes into production and cannot be changed.

What are your shipping options?

FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight & FedEx 2nd Day Air

How long will it take to receive my WallHead?

Your WallHead will be shipped 48 hours after we receive your order. All orders are processed Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Click here to view the FedEx map for an estimated delivery time.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, not at this time.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping is charged based on standard FedEx rates. You can see the rate once you add an item to your shopping cart.

How do I track my order?

When logged into your account you can check your order status and find tracking information for your order. If you have questions please contact the WallHeads Team.

What is your return policy?

WallHeads offers a thirty day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you or your client is unhappy with the product for any reason we will return the product. If the product is defective we will replace the product at no cost to you.

How do I return a product?
